Hardware Refunding console and System Transfer

Hi everyone

I want to refund my 9.8 new3ds and go for some serial number hunting, you know, in order to get a new one with FW <9.3. I habe downloaded some Smash Bros DLC but i have never done system transfer before. My question is: Can i preserve those DLC using system transfer without having both consoles at the same time? If the answer is no, is there any other method to get my DLC on the new console?

There is only a way to do that. Call Nintendo and they will help you remotely transfer the system. Make sure you have the serial number of the sold system.

Hahaha then i will set emunand first. BTW does nintendo ID work on there?
