(always thought retroarch, evasively created data entries in system files, or, added additional cpu instructions) (its so heavily, or at least was, won't rissk it, depending on some form of overclocking) (suppose, there's no tangible benefit to it, last last thing I remember, 444mhz option was pulled from adrenaline, and retroarch got a major update around that time, doubling its distribution size)
(i just figure .......... those actions from retroarch were passed down, to firmware with inherent bricking risks (which started after imc-unlock, which negated the use of a official memory card on 3.68 firmware ?, then, stopped keeping track its like one out of every 6 vitas get bricked with newer firmware, trying to downgrade or just install hack)
(right now ............ investigating "easyrpgmaker" on retropie, new libretro core "easyrpg", and vita's easy rpg application for 2000/2003 rpg maker games ............. seems a case of, "steam versus vita on same games" .... where filtering is better. still waiting for official retropie on rpi4, figure, sony would discontinue online service to the vita, or, a free clone service would pop up, right about now)
