Hacking Recovering emuNAND partition

Hey everybody. I was wondering if there was a way to reallocate the emuNAND partition on an sd card once it's been created. In other words, is it possible to get back the partition that's been formatted specifically for emuNAND for regular use?

Thanks a lot guys! I had tried formatting with Windows but as daxtsu said, that doesn't remove the emuNAND partition. SD Formatter worked like a charm though.
