Hacking Question Recover second user profile

A Switch just restored with the original eMMC backup does not have a second user profile that was created afterwards this backup was made. How can I restore the save games of this second user provided I have Checkpoint and JKSV (for Animal Crossing) save games?

Create a user with the same name, start Checkpoint with that user active and hope for the best?
