PS1/2 Recommended PS2 chip that's NOT DMS4...

... or Matrix Infinity. The reason being is that I already installed a Matrix Infinity modchip in my slimline PS2 and it boots up my games okay but considering that's all it does, I wondered why I paid quite a lot for the extras I'll never uses. Anyways, my relative gave me a PS2 to chip for him and he says he just needs it to boot up backups. I know I'm being stingy and not wanting to spend the extra money on the DMS4 or MI but I was wondering which of the cheap PS2 modchips are good? The Duo3 Gold, H20, Ghost or Xeno.

They always say you pay for the best. The DMS4 is by far the best PS2 chip and has loads of features.

That's nice to know and it was once seriously considered as the chip I wanted to put in my PStwo but I went for the Matrix Infinity instead. I'm not sure my relative will want to use it for ELF boot etc.
