Hacking Real Time Save option unable to be selected?

No matter what game I play, when I open the DSTWO menu in-game, I cannot select either Save or Load.

I don't know why the DSTWO is refusing to give me these options- is there something I'm missing here?

When you press the keys to enter the menu use the start button instead of the select and it will work it opens up the full in game menu.
