I'm not too big on the PSP homebrew scene but I need to copy pasta some text for Monster Hunter Tri.

And since psp-hacks is 404'ing on me when I search, I don't know any other websites ;3

the psp web browser also displays .txt files. just place the file on the root of your memory stick and enter the location/filename in the address bar.

PSP's lack of a file browser? Manually typing the path will never work unless you know the trick to it, which was starting with "ms0:///" or something like that.

    I know.
Monster Hunter Tri is a Wii game.
I wouldn't like starting up a game just to read abit of text.
