Hacking Read long cheat descriptions in M3

When I try to read a long cheat description using M3 sakura (firmware 1.42 english), the description gets cut off on the screen...so I can't read the whole thing.

I've used the "search" feature in gbatemp to help me answer this question, but all I got was that the feature to read long cheat descriptions was suppose to be present in the 1.12 +1 version of Sakura. Apparently, the whole description is suppose to display on the top screen...I have version 1.42 of Sakura (which is a more recent version than 1.12, obviously), but when I highlight a long description, all the top screen says is:

"Current NDS Cheat File:
/SYSTEM/CHEAT.DB
There are 156 cheats available.
A: Ok / B: Cancel"

Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Oh...ooops. I just read in the M3 FAQ that this is a known bug in the 1.42 firmware. Great.

it's not a bug...long cheat description was never in the official English release of Sakura
it's programmed to display info such as
"Current NDS Cheat File:
/SYSTEM/CHEAT.DB
There are 156 cheats available.
A: Ok / B: Cancel"
at the top screen
