Hacking RCM X86 LED

Hy,
does anyone know how I can connect a (RGB) LED to the RCM X86?
The only source I found for this is a picture from the gbatemp forum, but that that isnt very helpful.

Can't you just connect one leg of the led to the pad marked "L.E.D Anode" and the other to the ground pad?

With normal LEDs I think so, but what's about RGB LEDs (if even possible)

Ah. Well they have 4 legs so I guess you'd need to modify the firmware to use additional pads for controlling the hue, that is if there are any pads available. I'm not sure if the unused pads are general purpose io.
