I am on the latest SDSetup from https://www.sdsetup.com/console?switch and am using hekate 4.1 but am getting the error mentioned in the topic title upon attempting to boot CFW. I am not using layeredFS and am using the default hekate.ini file. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

I highly recommend downgrading especially if you have no intents on playing online or using the eShop (which is a risk for any hacked console). Do so by restoring a NAND backup of a lower firmware via Hekate or using ChoiDujour.
