So its coming out in march. Ubisoft has said that it will contain all of the content the wii version has. Thoughts?
That would be great, but we'll probably end up with crappy local-only multiplayer.*cross's finger for wi-fi* doubt it will happen through.

The 3DS screen is perfectly sized, at the position you are looking at it from, it is as big (or bigger) than a 47" TV (based on where people watch them from)That would be great, but we'll probably end up with crappy local-only multiplayer.*cross's finger for wi-fi* doubt it will happen through.
TBH for a game like this, local multiplayer is so much better.
The multiplayer is pretty mediocre from what I played though. Alone, the game is a challenging and well made (not to mention beautiful) 2D platformer. With multiple people it becomes incredibly easy to break aspects of the game to get a better score. Say for example you want to grab a rare item, but it's a difficult jump. Alone, you'd have to be good at the game to pull off a good jump. In multiplayer, you can just keep one guy sitting in a safe spot and then just jump at it time after time until your shot in the dark hits. There's also things like the ability to stack players that makes difficult, high jumps a cakewalk. If it's a time based thing (like the level is moving and you have to take a longer path to get an item), normally you'd have to be quick and agile to get the item and survive. Now you can just have the rest of your party go over while your friend sacrifices himself once the coin gets added (which is not hard to stall for).
It's also pretty easy to lose track of your character, even with everyone playing different characters with different color schemes. I played it on an average size TV and had issues with 4 players, I can't even imagine it on a small 3DS screen.
That being said, I don't really see the relevance of a 3D effect on a game that prides itself on fantastic 2D artwork. I'll probably get the Vita version for the better graphics.

Wow, that sucks.. That's kind of bad for a handheld that's just starting out, I think.its confirmed, that the vita version will not have any multiplayer capabilities, so i doubt, that the 3ds version will feature it! the vita version will have a (for me)crappy mode, in which you can download ghosts of other players and try to race them in specific levels. so my bets go to a similar style on the 3ds.
Yeah, I'd miss slapping my friends characters XPI hope so. Haven't play this game, so the lack of multiplayer would kind of ruin the experience for me.
