Install:

• Download the latest Pcsx2 nightly build!
• Extract the folder to the pcsx2 texture folder (...\Pcsx2\textures\). SSD recommended!!
• Config > Graphics Settings > Advanced tab:
  Load Texture: ON / Async Texture Loading: ON
• Have fun!

Update: I adjusted this settings and now it looks HD

I'm currently working on a UI overhaul myself. It would fit perfectly with your upscaled textures
