Hacking .rar won't work 4 me

i want to change the skins for R4 Ds, but by me it work only .zip file and not .rar file

why???

because .rar is a compressed file (.zip aswell)

download this program
winrar(google it) and install it
when its done, right click the .rar r4ds skin and click on "extract here"

AFAIK, the R4 and clones don't have support for .zip files at all. From your post I take you're trying to change the skin on your flashcart. To do this you don't have to put the compressed file in your microSD, but extract the contents of it to a folder named "theme01". Go to the "system" file on your microSD and there should be a folder named "themes". If it's not there, create it. Put the "theme01" folder inside the "themes" folder and you're ready to go. If you want more skins, create a folder for each one, following the "themeXX" pattern, where "XX" is a number from 01 to 12.
