Hacking Random shutdown problem with vortex 1.6 hen

Hello, I have a ps4 slim 5.05 fw and after I added lines on my html files for offline using I started to get this shut down problem.
Vortex hen started to giving a lot kernel panic shutdowns and sometimes hen is loading fine but, when I tried to run a game, I'm getting shutdown error. And it is not happening always or not happening on same game.
Most of the time after I used app2usb I'm restarting my console and trying to run hen but getting shutdown error, after a few shutdowns I can run hen without a problem.
I hope anyone have any ideas for my problem...

Yeah I found it helped me, every time I launched HEN with usb plugged in: KP.

The best advice I can give is after a KP crash: remove all usb devices, let the system do it’s hdd check, start up system: reboot, then try load HEN again, then plug in USB devices.

Rebooting inbetween crash and trying again is also critical.

I think I solved my problem, I cleaned all web history and then tried offline hen again for now everything is working fine, if kp continue I will try to remove all usb, thanks for helping me
