Hacking R4RS SDHC errcode 81 and errcode 83

Hey Guys, i'm new here and english its not my fluente language, so, sorry, i gonna try.

I bought a R4sdhc dual core has one month, and it still working until now. So i found a 8GB sdhc card on my desk and i want to use that. I formated like the same way i did before, and put that on my r4 and tested on 3ds.

When i open that shit on 3ds its opened with a small screen, not the default like is before (the normal screen when you start a DS game on 3ds), sometimes, run okay, but, only for minutes. And when i go to the game folder, on r4, appears the following mensage: "errcode=81, errcode=83 SD Card Fragment error! Backup SD card, then perform full format with panasonic SD formatter."

I did that, like a... thousand times, i think?
I tried the old sd card, the same error

I need help, really. I dont know what happened to my r4
(move it if is on wrong place)

Edit 1: I think the problem is on the r4, when i start he without the sd card, he start with the same small screen (like that http://www.nineinchsandwich.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/3DS-small-screen.png), anyone can help?

I have the other card but I remember reading on their site once there was a setting they wanted changed in the Sd formatting tool. I just looked at their site but can't find that instruction. The current version is 4 but their site links to version 3.1 I think. Maybe that version does not need the setting changed.

Which version of Sd formatter are you using?

I'm using the latest version, SDFormatter V4.0, i formatted on all the options the program have, and i dont think is this the problem

Do you have another card reader and/or adapter? They can flake sout and cause problems.

I tested others too, same problem.

Google for DSTT error 81 or error 83, your card is a clone of DSTT and you may find useful info there. Other than that - try short rom names like mario.nds and try placing only one rom in root directory to see if it will work (it should).

Is this card able to run WOODR4 firmware? If so, that should solve many of the issues, as well as using a FAT32 formatted microSD using Panasonic tool with 8 or 16KB cluster size. And always use the latest upgrade for your cart's EEPROM.

I have a R4DS SDHC Dual core, were i can find the wood r4 compatible with? Im using the Kernel available on the official site.
And the EEPROM upgrade, how i can check the update?

The r4 sdhc uses a modified wood I hear, but he could try.

i think about that too, and it can be true, but, until now, he is working like an original, without problem, why only now i get problem with that?
