Hacking R4iTT for 3DS Kernel low issue

I have a R4iTT card that I played for a very long time but recently it stopped working for some reason and cannot launch games (Stuck on Loading) but the kernel is working properly and some apps like msn, iphone works. I have the latest kernel on the card aswell (NEW 3.03). Is it some kind of a timebomb? how can I fix it?

The card says its R4iTT for 3DS but the wiring indicates it's the "New" edition.

Hey there, I don't know if you're still looking but I found this kernel for a card with the picture that looks the same as yours on youtube. Sadly I can't post a link because my account is new, but search and you might find it.
