Hacking r4isdhc dual core setup help

hi there firstly sorry to all if posted this in wrong place im a complete newbie the card i purchased is shown all being well i keep getting is an error message cant open dsmenu.dat and i have no idea what to do my 3ds xl software is version 11.0.0-33e thank you for any help

Yes I've downloaded the software that it says to download I place all files including that file dsmenu.dat onto sd card I put sd card into the r4 card place that in 3ds xl turn it on click on r4 card and screen comes up with message can't load dsmenu.dat

While he is posting about a Ds flashcard he is asking it for using it on his 3ds which makes the 3ds subforum a good choice.

@OP, so the 3ds does recognise the flashcard and when you press to start it, it errors out or what?

OP said the cart is recognized and loads but it can't find the dsmenu.dat.

Mine loads up and shows as card and slot 2 and a folder but doesn't pick up any game, can someone help?

Do they have .nds extensions? Also a possible sign of a faulty SD.

Probably faulty SD since both have .nds

Also make sure they are not inside a hidden folder.

Some where I put the games on a folder after the games, then just threw the
.nds to the root folder. But now I can't check since I can't boot emuannd

I have tried every single kernel available on website and i hope someone could post the right one because i am tired to test all of these.
And no its not because i have forget to unrar or unzip the file, and not because of the SD, i have tried at least 5 of them from different
manufacturer and sizes.
So please if you have this firmware post it.
