Homebrew R4i White screen on the DS and an error occurred on DSI

Hi, I bought a R4i cards in Turkey it was already with games and stuff. I was in Rhodes now and the aircraft started my R4i card hack, first ending load games and finally got up the "An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power buttom to turn the system off. Please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details. I have heard of some kernel but I wonder how I can update it when I can not even go into the r4i menu. is there anyone who can help me with this. I have no idea what to do. is no expert on the Nintendo DS and DSI directly and do not understand this right away. If you know how to fix this so help me please. Have lost all my games and r4i card had all the games that I lost but much more too.

Is it possible to tell me, which R4 Card this is? A picture of you flashcard would be useful. Because they are many R4 Cards/Clones in the world.

Possibly maybe it is R4i 3DS card as it stands 3DS and DS on it. Here are some brief might helpful.

the card is mostly likely blocked on the dsi, it needs to be updated..
i guess you got dsi on last firmware, no?
did that card worked before? do you know if it supports +4gb (SDHC) cards?


the replaced sticker is really a crap.. its really hard to know what website is from...

what files do you have on the sd card?

the card looks like one of theese, if there are any files on the sd card back them up... before trying this website

It looks like it might be a Wood R4i Gold, judging by the fake card header. Take a look at this post.

Its maybe a fake/clone, you should buy you a new flashcard. Like R4i-SDHC 3DS RTS it will works on every frimware version on DS/DSi/3DS and its cheap. If you have questions about it please let me know. I got the same card.

The r4ids.cn card works for me, maybe that's one of the bad cards.

modchipsdirect.com has it.
