Hacking r4i sdhc not working

when i go and load a rom it starts to create a save file then all of a sudden a black screen comes up and say's savfile not found please restart
im using a pny 8gb latest firmware version 1.06 straight from the site one the box (the little red one).. ive even tried adding sav files but no score
any help would be appreciated

lol. this is a late reply but w.e..

try updating the firmware (1.08b is out now from http://r4i-sdhc.com/indexe.asp )
also... before you put any files in, format your card to fat32 an default algorism (something that starts with a A)
