Hacking R4i save dongle problem

Hi. I just got my r4i save dongle from dwtechz.com and I tried to backup my pokemon white korean version save file with it. I updated the save dongle to 1.3 before I did that.
But a message that says 'Send read address to device fail' popped up and there was corrupted save file on the backup path. I have no idea what is the problem.
If you know how to fix it please help.
