Hacking R4i Renovation v2.10T issue

Hi,

I have bought my son a new Nintendo DSi and I have an existing R4i SDHC V2.10T (R4 card). I am not getting this card to work. I would appreciate if you can provide some thoughts....
Do I need to update the kernel or firmware....the site on the card doesn't exist- www.r4sdhc.com

I would like to see if I can use this card rather than buying a new one. If that is not possible, could you recommend a good cost effective card that I can buy and potential link to the site.
