Hacking R4i Problem: got error during update

I tried to update my r4i 3ds, but when updating I got an error.
so I shut off my DS and I tried to turn back, but unfortunately my r4i was no longer recognized by my ds. I think that to solve this problem i need reflash the card, but the official updates (which also reflash the r4i card) must necessarily be performed on the r4i you want to reflash, but I can not start it up on my ds!
how can I solve this problem?

Take the card out of Ds.
Turn Ds off and on.
Remove micro SD card
Re-install the boot strap and try again. (Never turn Ds of during update)
Its recommended that you plug your Ds in to the main during update
