Hacking R4i Gold 3DS RTS Help

Hi. I have a new R4i RTS 3ds Revolution for DS card. It is a legit model, the card says www.r4ids.cn on it. I'm currently having trouble getting the RTS feature to work on it. The card works and plays games fine, but I have no idea how to get to the RTS menu. I have enabled RTS in the global settings and the game settings, and I think I'm supposed to use the reset hotkey to get to RTS mode? Well no matter what I set the reset hotkeys to, none of them work. I can do a system soft reset with L+R+Start+Select, but it just resets the game and nothing happens. Can anybody help me?

Have you enabled rts function in the global settings?
You can reset to the menu when you choose L+R+Start+Select,which means rts function is not enabled in the global settings.
You'd better provide us some pictures and we can help you out.

Have you tried L+R+A+B?? That's how it worked with my r4i silver

for me it worked by selecting the hot key that has the option to touch the screen... aalso make sure you have enabled the save slots for the rts
