Hacking R4DS+YSMenu cheat problem... bug?

Hi,

To the point: With YSMenu0903270000 the L button to cheat don't seem to work when I press another button, like A, at the same time...
Is there any way to fix this? Or do I have to wait for another YSMenu coming out?
(I don't cheat games... I like the backlight controll, ofcourse

)

No such thing as YSMenu 0.0.2 Do you mean you used R4YSAuto 0.0.2?

If so, which version of YSMenu do you have? It should be in a YYMMDDhhmm date format.

like which game/code doesn't work as you feel it should?

Yes I can, for example...
hmm weird Pokemon Platinum appears to work... perhaps is this because they work with pressing L+B
Mario Kart, press L for item cheat doesn't work when for example pressing A
All DS backlight code's don't work...

the backlight code doesn't work on all flash cart or games

however, it work the best with r4 1.18 yet it is not working 100% on all games

Load the cheat file into r4cce086 and check the Rom files you have match the Game IDs with the cheats - just click the ... next to the Game ID and select your ROM.

The cheats are there, and they work, but not when pressing 2 buttons... like L+A
As for the backlight... YSMenu automatically changes itself to the backlight level of the DS... you can change it but it won't save, so that's maybe why the cheats for backlight don't work...

I don't think there's a good solution to your problem...
The issue is that you're not really using the button combo to activate the cheat since the other button is modifying your button press.
