Hacking r4ds.uueasy.com???? DSTT Updates??????

Hi guys, someone gave me this site : r4ds.uueasy.com, and he said theres a daily uptades for the r4 and dstt, i found the uptades but i dont know how to download it. Its chinese language and letters are squares. Any help????
