Hacking R4 Skinning Question - Templates

I downloaded the template's off this site to make themes for my DS.
There used to be another template here that has a screen separator
in the middle so that I can get the right cuts between an image. I've
been searching the sites and all I get are the normal skin templates.

I need the one with the separator in the middle. Anyone have a link?
