i wanna ask, is it safe to use this card on new 3ds to play NDS games and emulators of nes and gbc or can i get ban on my console. thanks for reply

Yes it's 100% safe.
As for emulators, if your console has CFW, it's much better to play them in 3DS mode, either with homebrew emulators or with VC injections

i did nothing with my 3ds, its like from official shop
