Hacking R4 options

Hi, im new to the forum and new to this area of gaming.

I am wondering what would be the best r4 to get for a DS LITE. i ordered a refurbished one from an online store and from my guess, it will have the latest firmware installed on it. ( its on its way to me as we speak )

im looking for the most reliable card for a ds lite with the latest firmaware.

for DSlite you can really use everything, I think the first R4 can run nice everything with the wood firmware, if you want more stuff like good snes/gba emulation
people recommend the DStwo (I never use done btw) but they are more expensive and stuffs
