Hacking R4 Legit Real-Time Save

Ok so in my cheats menu for all my games iv got an option for real time save.
I know what it does and all and this R4 is a legit R4.
My question is though, how do i use the real time save?

Uhh.. make sure the Real Time Save option is checked.. If so, then while in a game, press L + R + SELECT..
Then there should be options like.. "SAVE", "LOAD", and "RESET".. Save makes a Real Time Save file... LOAD loads the Real time save file so you can play you're game where you saved it at, and Reset is basically Soft Reset...

No r4 doesn't have RTS. That's RTS for Cheats so you can enable it or disable it anytime.
