If reviving the card still doesn't work (try another SD-card?) you can also (instead or next to TWLMenu) make a CIA out of a NDS file (https://gbatemp.net/threads/nds-forwarder-cias-for-your-home-menu.426174/).

Ok actually I made it work with a kernel I found on this site https://www.reboot.ms/forum/threads/aggiornamento-r4-sdhc-dual-core.7069/ It works now but it doesn't load my saves T^T

nvm I managed to use my saved data by simply changing the extension from .sav to .nds.sav

But it depends of TWLMenu or a flashcard, anyway, because is just a forwarder (AFAIK)

Edit: Well, I didn't have so much clarity about that, but TWLMenu is not needed as I thought. Sorry
