Hacking R4 firmware question?

Um, I was wondering, should I get YSMenu? I only have 1.18, everything seems to work fine for me, but I spent 40 bucks on this freaking thing, I'm not buying a new one....

If everything works for you, there's no reason to upgrade.

But YSMenu is a good alternative to 1.18 - and if you do see a game you can't play, it's always good to have it as a backup.
