Hacking r4 error

im trying to fix an problem for my little brother, when he starts his r4i sdhc that always worked fine it gives the error:

system date error! please check nds system date

i have no idea how to fix it, so could anyone be so kind to help me?

Maybe, just maybe it has something to do with the DS date...

Try using the 1.41b i have posted here, it will fix it.
