Hacking R4 custome icons question

i tried create the skin myself using photoshop, but i had a problem for the icons.bmp. i put my picture for the background which already changed the size to 256x192. then for the icon for those games,media,boot slot i also put in my picture as icon which size are 80x80. but when i start my ds, it can't load the r4. once i took out the theme folder, my r4 can work again.

so where did i go wrong for my icons.bmp?(my both background n logo can work)

the icons should all be in one image which is 256x192, saved as 24bit bmp, not seperate 80x80 images.

download an existing theme and see how it is done on that.

press the select button to cycle through the available themes on your r4, from the main screen.
