Hacking R4 bottom?

well my brother dropped my ds again and my r4 was in it this time. well now the bottom is kinda breaking off and im kinda worried. is ths a big problem. oh and it still plays fine.

Don't worry about it. If it still works fine, keep using it. If you are still worried, you can get a new R4, they are only $30.

If it is a spring loaded R4 I wouldn't take it out of the DS anymore because it could break off, If its not spring loaded then I guess you'll just have to handle it with ease.

If its just the case, I'm sure someone will have a replacement case. The old R4s used to come with 2 cases. If my brother dropped my DS just the once, he would never touch it again.

Def. agree and about replacing the outer case. I know deal extreme sells them in white or black. You would have to check their site to see if its in stock or not.

Yea, Gaming Lagoon has some replacement cases on their website. Just make sure that the one you get is for the right version of R4 you have. Some of the cases are for the old spring-loaded R4s and some are for the newer model.

Its a plastic piece. Even if damaged, it wont effect gameply.

Yah, but it can fall apart and then you have no more R4. Then you get a new casing for it.

They sell Replacement cases for the R4. Try checking Gameyeeeah. Im sure they sell them.
