Quick way to convert .cht to .chx

So I've poked around and found nothing to convert a .cht file to a .chx. Is there a simple way to do this, either with some software or a program in the command line? I want to use a specific cht file for a Link to the Past, and the cht file in the snes9x emulator looks off. Thanks in advance, help is really appreciated.
