so first one of them is I installed a theme as a .cia file, how do i remove it do i use bbb manager?

so i have my sys at 4.5 and emu nand at 9.2 and i want to install my games as cia files on my 64 gb which is use right now to load in the gateway flash cart with 3ds roms.
so basically i want to switch my 4gb that is acting as internal sd card for the 3ds with the 64 gb and run the 64 as my emunand and internal storage for the 3ds so i can install my games as cia files
so my question is how do i go about this? if i extract my emunand from my 4gb sd card and get it to load on my 64 gb will it still be on emunand 9.2?

Yes, you can remove installed theme using devmenu.
For US, look for "CTR-M-HMME" in the first tab and press X to delete it.

Don't quote me on this but I think 32GB is the largest SD card the 3DS will operate with. Read it somewhere here.

Apparently SDXC cards up to 128GB will work now if formatted to fat32
