Ok short story shorter I O'Ced my GPU.

Just wondering if leaving the side of my desktop
case open will help things cool down or too many

Maybe by a few degrees at most, you're better off installing another fan or just lowering the OC if it's getting too hot.

K I dont think it will overheat anyway since during the OC it was telling
me the GPU usage and it was at 97 percent and it was only running at
50 degrees

50 degrees under that kind of load is more than fine.
