I'm using the "Modify ANY Wii 4.2 & below, Up to 4.2, any serial, black wii's, any region" guide right now and I have a quick question about bannerbomb, as I already have the HBC installed on my wii but I want to install bootmii as boot2 and all that other stuff I don't can I still follow the guide the way it describes or will I have to do anything differently since i already have HBC installed?

You can use the same method, or you can just run the hackmii .dol like you would any other .dol via the HBC.
