I have Homebrew, Luma and FBI installed on my 3DS. I want to remove my NNID from it. Can I just pop out the SD card, reset the 3DS, and then pop it back in and be good to go. Or will I have to install Luma, etc, all again after I reset my 3DS? I have it hard modded as well. Thanks in advance for any info!

SD card does not hold your NNID

Format System Memory will permanently erase everything in the Nintendo 3DS folder. Even if you kept a backup of that folder or set it aside with a rename, a system reformat will render your library useless because of a change in encryption between the nand's movable.sed KeyY and <ID0> subfolder.

No no, I get that. I mean, if I slot out my SD card, reset my 3DS to clear my NNID and the put the SD card back in, would I still be fine to use homebrew as normal.
I understand what are you trying to accomplish here.
But Godmode9 can wipe your NNID, without the issue of formatting your console, and it's actually the recommended method, because it's a little bit complicated to reuse data from an old SD card, on a newly fresh console (before the formatting), and a lot of the games could be inaccesible 'cause missing tickets.
Just use Godmode9, it's far easier, and a lot safer.

Alright, thanks for the answers everyone, so when I'm ready to remove my NNID just use GodMode9, wipe it, then everything but my NNID will be left on there, and then I'm good to go! Thank you again everyone!
