The pictures are of new super mario bros u on the wii u. A totally different system.

Ahhh well that sucks XD i really want to play Cardfight vanguard ride to victory but its a jap import and the stupid 3ds is region locked so id also have to buy a jap 3ds

or another possibility is a DSTWO and the region patcher, but it cant be used currently due to the brick code, unless someones released a fixed version.

If I were you, I wouldn't wait and hope that a 3DS emulator is released anytime soon. No one really knows what'll happen. For something more concrete, it might be worth it to just save up some money for a few months (or however long you'd need) and buy a 4.1-4.5 3DS or 3DS XL with a 3DS flashcart. Personally, I think the 3DS flashcart scene is going to take off really soon, and you'll definitely want to come along for the ride

If you mean retail carts, I'm pretty sure you can (never tried it myself, so can't be 100% sure). If you mean ROMs from a different region, then you definitely can.

If you use MT Card's latest firmware, you can play retail carts region-free. I'm able to play my US copies of 3DS games (Pokemon Y, SM3D Land, MK7 and so on) as well as my Japanese games (Project Mirai, Project Mirai 2) on my Japanese 3DS.

By this, I meant with a 3DS flashcart. I was responding from experience with a Gateway flashcart, as it's the only one I own.

Ergh slight problem with this, Lol:-

There is one last thing you need to do before you can start playing your favorite games and that is to have the BIOS of Nintendo 3DS in your PC. Using the copy of BIOS is prohibited that’s why if 3DS Emulator needs original BIOS otherwise it will not work.

After you have fixed every little thing way up, it is possible to run 3DS & DS ROMS using this 3DS Emulator.

If you use GW2.0b1 without setting up EmuNAND, you should be able to play any region of 3DS ROM, sans a few games that don't work on Gateway (Animal Crossing, Pokemon). If you do set up EmuNAND, you'll only be able to play ROMs for your 3DS region. I wouldn't recommend using GW2.0b2 because it has the ability to brick your 3DS.

Couldn't say. There's no source code and I'm on GNU/Linux. No source, no use.

What wrong apart from what I said up above but it does say the Bios is contained in the rar package if you click on the download box. Go too FAQ you can download Bios files from there. Sorry link does not work. OK the pictures are of SMBU on the Wii U but still has anyone tried to see if it works?

What's wrong is the fact that it's been determined in the second post of the thread that this is a fake site, so downloading anything from here could potentially be bad news for your PC. If you're nervous about trying it, what makes you think others won't be? If you're curious, download it yourself.

If ur 3DS is 4.1-4.5 firmware then u can do:

A) Get a Gateway and play the rom of the game(if its dumped)
B) Get any DS flashcard and use the region free hack (there's a bricking chance but Gateway team said that they are gonna make their own Region Free Hack which probably won't have the brick code in itself)

Atm the latest gateway firmware has bricking code and it should be fixed in the 2.0 Final version( IT SHOULD idk if its gonna).
The older firmware of Gateway doesn't have the brick code so you could use the older version but idk if ur game will work with it.

No way man I'm not trying it but the OP has brought the subject up first and why did he not give it ago before he even started the thread its a waste unless your not prepared to give it ago to post results on whether it works or not!
