Gaming Questions Regarding Hack PKHex Saves And Bans

Hello,
I just want to know if will get banned on pokemon if I use PKhex Saves. I do not need items or money just legit pokemon. As my team since the firered has been all three starters (but in old games shiny charmander), one fly type, the fifth pokemon varies as it is fight(riolu, or gallade and older games machop), electric(pikachu) or physic(ralts,alakazam) and the final slot is for the legendary of the game. I am starting the game and added the pokemon via pkg and it shows as legit. Would I still get banned online? Last thing I always have the pokemon at level five.

I see then is it possible to bring pokemon from my old games? I meam from x and y as well as omega ruby.

Also i read somewhere that GTS for omega ruby is discontinued for sun and moon so is it safe to modify files on omega ruby?

You read badly my friend, GTS works, PGL is discontinued (the crappy website), with pokébank you can transfer your pokémon and not get banned
