Hacking Questions about the Backup Launcher and Loader

First off, sorry for making the topic, i did try the search button but i must be blind because i ddint find any answers to these questions, someone else asked in the Launcher's topic but i never found an answer ether >.<

So, hopefuly there isnt already a sticky answering this just above this topic;

What are the chances of bricking the Wii when i install the launcher and all it's requirements?

Do i need to install Waninko's beta first?

I assume original games still work after everything is done?

Should the Wii get bricked/half-briked, i think theres a disc to attempt repairing it?

Is there a way to uninstall it and get the Wii back to it's original condition?

Anything else I should know?
