I'm gonna get a N3DS next month, it'll probably be on 11.0+ so I'll have to use the DSiWare method.
I already own a O3DS with CFW (Luma + A9LH) that I had set up with the guide.
I want to be make sure everything's fine before buying a N3DS.

The guide stands that "the source 3DS's NNID will be stuck on the target 3DS unless you either system transfer back or call Ninty", and later adds "do one of the following (or neither if you don’t mind the source 3DS’s NNID being nonfunctional)".
In the troubleshooting section is written that you can remove a NNID with GodMode9.
Would removing the NNID on the O3DS allows it to connect to the internet?
Would my NNID work on my N3DS if I remove it from my O3DS?
Will my O3DS keep its CFW? How many DSiWare downgrades can I do with my O3DS?
Finally, would you recommend me to get my NNID on the N3DS or to get it back to my O3DS? Why?

Sorry if I look like a complete noob by asking these questions but I couldn't find definite answers.
    Thank you.

If you're getting a New 3DS, you might as well make it your main 3DS. by that I mean keeping your main NNID on it.
When you system transfer to the New 3DS, the NNID will be transferred too. The Old 3DS will become a blank slate still with A9LH on it. You'll end up with two hacked 3DS in the end. The New 3DS will hold all your data and your NNID, while the old 3DS will be new again.

You dont have to unlink any NNID before system transferring, just buy fieldrunners and steel diver then system transfer. You can use your Old 3DS for as many Dsiware downgrades as you want. You can create temporary NNID's which you can delete. If you wanted to send Fieldrunners back to your old 3DS, you can't since you can't send from New 3DS to old 3DS. Whoever wants the Dsiware downgrade in the future will have to pay you $5 for Fieldrunners. It's the least they can do.

Yes, I'll probably use the New 3DS as my main 3DS.
I don't have to worry about the NNID, right?
I'll still be able to use internet on both 3DS?

Yup no NNID worried. Your NNID will be on the New 3DS, and no NNID will be set on the old 3DS. You can set up a random NNID on the old 3DS if you wanted to get into Eshop. But I don't think you need an NNID to play online like on Wii U.
You should have no problems. Buy fieldrunners on old 3DS, download steel diver, exploit the games (use older steelhax installer btw), then system transfer to the New 3DS and downgrade it's NFIRM, then downgrade it's firmware to 9.2.

Will buy fieldrunners, get steel diver with the older installer then follow the guide (if the firmware is above 10.7 of course).
    Thank you very much!
