So for the Nintendo Selects: OoT3D will it work installing the OoT3DHax when using the Nintendo Selects ver or is it just the same thing.?

I'm using the two versions. Rev1 without digital manual and Rev1.1 come with 2DS label on its box comes with digital manual. BTW, the digital version on eShop is still exploitable as well

Can confirm that the Nintendo Selects version of OOT does work with OOTHAX. Just got my copy and tried it out and the homebrew menu loaded! Go out and grab it for $20 before all the price gougers do. With the new developments, you can use it to downgrade any 3DS on the market... provided you have a way to get the exploted savefile on the gamecard.

And I already downgraded my 3ds 10.2 to 9.2~
