Hardware Questions about motherboard swapping

Got my new system in, but I have some questions.

My system isn't turning on, and the top screen doesn't flash.

The screen flex cable is definitely in but I intentionally left one out. Before I reseat the top screen again, could this be causing it? I'm just asking because the top screen took 30 minutes and a gallon of sweat to put in.

Here. I'm sure it is the camera but I really hope it is just the backlight.

Needs to be connected. Tweezers help alot.

Thanks, FINALLY got it working.


I don't trust myself with tweezers though, since I have shaky hands.
I broke a slot on a 2DS by breaking the tab and I can't solder a new one on.
