Hacking Questions about downgrading

I will maybe downgrade my friend's 3DS XL (SSB Edition) to install Pasta CFW.

Will he keep the game (he doesn't care of the savefile)?

Could he play it on Rx EmuNAND?

If he doesn't care for the save it should work fine on RX Emunand, heads up he won't be able to play 7.x games on Pasta, if you want that get CN!

I heard that you can't play some games (preinstalled) as AC, SSB... on the SysNAND anymore if you played it once on EmuNAND :/
