Hi guys, sorry for the stupid question but I can't really understand from all these posts.
I am on N3DS, I want to do the stuff discovered recently(downgrading and backuping save etc.), is it true that this could brick my system? Again, sorry for the stupid question

Yes, it is possible
It's even possible to get bricked on the O3DS
If you do everything right, you should be safe
