Hacking [Question] sudokuhax on emuNAND

Hi gbatemp,
I've recently managed to successfully set up 10.3. emuNAND with rxTools on my 9.2. sysNAND old3ds. I've also installed a cia version of the exploitable SUDOKU-Electronic_Arts_Inc. game on my emuNAND for using sudokuhax. But I don't know how to inject the hacked save.
Since emuNAND is all stored on the SD card would it be possible to inject the save file over SD card management like just accessing it over the PC?
Any ideas on how to inject the save?

I'm also not sure about editing and injecting my whole TWLN partition :(

You have to edit the TWLN partition. Sorry.
