Hello!
I'm using a hdmi hub, and when using CEC to turn on my switch, the PS4 also gets triggered, which is kinda frustrating as I don't want to go though the hasle of turning it off again.

If I turn CEC off on the playstation, the TV won't turn on, that's kind of annoying too.. is there a workaround for it?

Cheers!

Might just be your hub, why dont you just use a regularly hdmi splitter.
What classifies as a regular hdmi splitter? Also isn't a splitter to use one hdmi on two devices?

The PS4 turns on the moment the TV switches to the proper hdmi input, which means the switch has been waiting for the screen to turn on for a while. Which leads me to believe it's not the hub.

I mean just manually turn on your PS4 not relying on your TV to turn on your PS4, seem like your hub doesn't like your combination of your PS4 and your Nintendo Switch together. I just manually turn on my TV and my console and it works fine.
