Emulation Question regarding Metal Gear Ghost Babel and Snatcher

Im really sorry if this is an old question, but Im relatively new to emulation.

I'd like to emulate both GBC game Metal Gear Ghost Babel and Snatcher on my DS. I have an R4. I'm already pretty good with SNES emulator, but I was wondering what is the best Gameboy color emulator for R4 to play Ghost Babel.

And is there anyway to get Sega CD game Snatcher to run on R4?

For GB/GBC on the DS there's really only one option - Lameboy. There is a usable version of Goomba Color DS but it doesn't save your progress at all which is somewhat of a problem.

Sega CD on the DS is a no.

there is a homebrew port of the first level of snatcher. the project was never finished do to legal fears. there was also a rumor in 06 of snatcher coming to the nds, but i'm not sure what happened with that.
